Rainer Zerback, Mannheim
Born in Stuttgart in 1958.
Dealing intensively with photography since 1989 emphasizing on conceptional
photography, landscapes, everyday life and people.
Since 2000 member of the BBK.
Exhibitions in Mannheim, Stuttgart and Pforzheim; participating in
exhibitions in Bray-sur-Seine, France and Zhenjiang, China. Numerous publications.
Foreground, horizon and sky are merging. The points of view are
chosen in a way as to make the few subjects seem far away. The surrounding landscape becomes the focal point. Not the object, not the place is important but
only the width inside the picture. The idea of infinity ties and leads to reflection
and concentration. That is why Rainer Zerback calls this series
